This is only a problem when posting a new message - replying is not a problem.
Yeh - I am using 5.00.264 - it mostly has to do with being at the end of a very very long pipe - our internet connection comes in via satellite so the signals to and from my box travel in excess of 100K miles before they start reaching the pipes to the south.
